We are not responsible for any damage that does not show in the description field, ex: break, crack, color change.
Under any circumstances, if the item was successfully fixed, accepting the same item or device to re-fix or to re-diagnosis will not be accepted ONLY If that item has been exposed or has been dismantled or has been deformed in any way by another expert or institution.
As a warranty, we only accept the same item/ device up to 20 days after the released date for only software issues.
We are capable to fix any problem either hardware or software for only windows XP, windows 7, windows 8, windows 8.1 Pro and windows 10.
In order to know any device problem, we need some time to make the proper diagnosis.
If the Customer Void the Warranty, then we don't do any repair or fix issue with his/her devices for free.
We only serve cash or check customers.
